Belly Dance is a beautiful dance genre that involves smooth swaying movements of the body to communicate elegance and female beauty. Bellydancing involves fitness of the entire body, giving your legs, stomach, shoulders and neck areas a complete workout.  A combination of dance plus yoga, it is a new type of fitness dance.
